Judge Gives Late Filers Shot At Claim Against Old GM

Law360, New York (February 03, 2011, 4:01 PM ET) — A bankruptcy judge Thursday gave two late-filing product liability plaintiffs a shot at preserving a claim against the bankrupt remains of General Motors Corp., allowing the claimants the possibility of an evidentiary hearing on whether they were given proper notice.Judge Robert E.
